We have organized sensitization workshops on illicit trade covering Eastern and Northern Uganda in conjunction with URA and UNBS.

In regard to BATU Leaf Security, our role is to crack down illegal activities during Growing and Marketing season by providing security intelligence information to the concerned parties for operational, administrative and Legal action and this is done by getting involved in BATU Farmers registration, Seedbed preparation, Fertilizer   distribution, Planting, Harvesting, curing, Buying activities during   Marketing and then Monitoring BATU products both Imports and Exports.

BrandGuard Ltd has so far been able to successfully execute this project with the help strategically positioned Leaf Security Managers based in Arua and covering West Nile, and another one based in Hoima covering Bunyoro and stretching up to Mubende and with the help of the Product Control Manager responsible for Monitoring Products in Transit (P.I.T) .


In an effort to encourage the distribution of free led bulbs with in the country, the government of Uganda together with Umeme the largest distributor of electricity in Uganda tasked Brandguard with an exercise to carryout an audit whether the intended objective is being achieved.

In regards with the tyre import standards to maintain the tyre quality,Brandguard was tasked to verify and ascertain whether there is compliance with the  standards.


Basing on information, there are Umeme customers that are licensed to operate the Nsenene trapping business across different regions of the country, however, there are some customers that do not comply with the terms while others do the business without permits. For this matter, Brandguard was tasked to conduct an audit and ascertain whether there's compliance or not.


BrandGuard ltd was tasked by Uganda Breweries Limited the leading distributor and manufacturer of branded alcohol beverages to assist in cooler verification exercise to ascertain whether these coolers contain there products and are being used for the intended purpose.
